The Mission of the City of Warrensburg Finance Department is to provide general financial counsel, reporting, and
the overall fiscal management of the City. This department includes accounting, budgeting, collections, investment
advisement, risk management, along with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
The Finance Department has an important responsibility to its citizens to:

Manage municipal finances wisely
Plan the adequate funding services and facilities desired and needed by the public
