What time does the cancellation line get updated?

Once a decision is made to cancel an activity or program, front desk staff will update the cancellation line (660-747-5100) shortly after. With sporting activities, the line will be updated at 4:00 pm the day of the activity. With all other activities, staff will use their best judgement if the activity will be postponed, moved to a different location, or cancelled.
